“This is Gambit. He’s now 11 years old and Penny has looked after him since he came to live with me back in 2019. Gambit is a one off, and is very stuck in his ways, he doesn’t like anyone usually, except Penny. He loves his Penny. From the very first moment he met her. I was so worried the first time I was going away and asked Penny to come meet him while I was there, so I could see his reaction, expecting him to run a mile, I was not expecting it to go well at all, and I could not believe what I witnessed. He took to her instantly, did not even flinch when she came over and stroked him, and she has been his favourite person since that day. I don’t even come close! Penny comes to look after him when I’m on holidays, and also does daily visits to check in on him while I’m at work all day. I get updates, videos and photos, and Gambit gets sweeties, his hair brushed, and told how handsome he is. She is an absolute godsend, reliable, trustworthy and I recommend her 100%,as does Gambit. Thank you Penny. We would be lost without you!”
